Introducing the XCON, the new pinnacle of sound and output. With a brutally strong single slug motor that has a monstrously bumped back plate, the XCON really sets itself apart from the pack right away. We started with the ideals behind the ICON and went to the ultimate degree with the XCON. With an eye popping 31mm of excursion, the XCON uses a 3" round, 2.6" long, 4 layer Aluminum voice coil, that strong enough handle some serious levels of power, yet is light enough to still be very accurate and precise. To keep the inductance in check, the XCON employs an Aluminum shorting ring. For those high power installs, the XCON runs 5 spiders in total: triple 8" progressive spiders, dual NOMEX spiders and triple flat sandwiched lead wires to handle all the abuse.
For seriously high output installs and sound quality competitors alike, the XCON is at the top of the food chain. With output that has been described as being hit by a sledgehammer and pin point accuracy, the XCON has all the bases covered. You can be proud of your purchase, because the XCON is designed and hand crafted in the U.S.A. The purpose of the XCON is not to match or just beat out the competition, but to make sure there never was competition to start with. There is only one choice in the super sub woofer market and you are looking at it.

I've used a ton of subwoofers over the years, and NOTHING compares with the XCON. This thing is musical! It will play up to 125 hz clean and clear. It also pounds like nobody's business. I'm running two XCON 15 subs in a 6th order bandpass blowthrough enclosure in my truck bed and have a smile on my face whenever I'm driving.

I'm completely blown away by this driver. It gets very loud
and sounds incredible while doing so. Out here in Pennsylvania not
many people have heard of SSA. Anytime I play it for somebody they
always want more information. I was wondering if you guys could send
me a promoter kit or brochures so I can help spread the word or your
great brand. Thanks again for this top level speaker at an affordable

well i wrote a review here after haveing my 15" Xcon for a month or so.. i had nothing but Great things to say about it.. well it has been 1 year now.. i have a sundown saz 1500d running it.. well after 1 year it still sounds as good as when i bought it.. zero problems.. i still love it as much as when i bought it.. if i where going to buy another sub, it would be another Xcon ! there is no way i would take a chance on anything else.. i really don't think you can find another sub that sounds as clear as a Xcon and still pounds so hard.. and that can take it for a year and still sounds as good as the day you bought it.. only thing i want to try is 2 12" Xcons..

well i thought i would update this since i have about every year, well the Xcon is still sounding as great as ever. i can't believe after all the years now of loud music it still performers as good as when i bought it. this is the first sub that has ever lived over 1 year with me with out burning up a voice coil or just flat stop working. it is just unreal that this sub just keeps going and going with no sign of getting wore out. i have kind of wished a few times so i could tell the wife that i need a new sub because mine quit .. But it looks like i will be back in a couple more years to report the same thing. This Xcon is just unreal.. Do Not Change anything on this sub, if my 15 Xcon ever wears out i want to be able to buy another.. one just like this one. maybe 2 12 , but it will be a Xcon..
