Return Policy | Non Custom Built Items
ORDERS LESS THEN $750: You may return new, never powered up or turned on or mounted, unopened items (non custom-built-items under $750) sold by SoundSolutionsAudio.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Just email us, and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out.
ORDERS MORE THEN $750: You may return new, never powered up or turned on or mounted, unopened items (non custom-built-items over $750), there will be a 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
PayPal/Credit/Debit Card Orders being Returned
PayPal has recently updated their payment processing terms to read: "In line with industry practice and according to our updated policy, we will not charge a fee to process refunds, but the fees from the original transaction will not be returned. This policy will not apply to duplicate transactions, voids and most disputed transactions. You can review the PayPal User Agreement for more information on our return policies."
Therefor, if a customer changes their mind after purchase and wants a refund, the refund shall be the full amount they paid minus (-) the processing fee's that we have paid to PayPal. If a customer wishes to simply swap items within the price range of the originally purchased item, no fee will be charged to that customer. We appoligize for any inconvenience this may cause, but have absolutely no control over this issue with PayPal.
Return Policy | Custom Built Items
If your custom-built-item has not yet begun to be manufactured you will be charged a 5% processing fee for refunding your payment. If your speaker or enclosure has begun to be manufactured, or is finished, but has not shipped, you will be charged a 30% refund fee. If item has already shipped, you will be charged the 30% refund fee plus all applicable return shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy | If item is in Transit by shipping company
If you cancel an order after it has shipped and in transit, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping, and return shipping back to the original shipping + the shippers STOP SHIPMENT return fee. No exceptions.
Any order over $199 USD is eligible for free shipping and applies to the U.S. 48 continental** states ONLY! Any other territory such as Puerto Rico, HI, AK, etc will have an additional shipping charge. If the shopping cart does not calculate it, don't worry we will contact you with additional shipping amount that is required. At that point, it is up to you to decide if you would like to continue with your purchase or get a refund. It's that simple!
