  • Awaiting fulfillment means we will processing your order shortly.
  • Awaiting shipment means that your order has been processed and will be shipping out very soon or your item is in the build process.
  • Many items are made to order, what that means is that they are built after the order is placed. The normal time it takes to build this items is listed on their respective product pages. These are BUSINESS DAYS, that do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Many of the items that are made to order, are giving a tracking number while it is in the build process, this is part of the tracking of an item along the way as it is getting built.
  • Most items, once they have been picked up, usually take between 3 – 6 business days to ship in the lower 48 states. International orders can vary in time.
  • Depending on the sub, we can arrange for the sub to be sent in for repair. Please contact us directly for explanation.
  • Many orders that have multiple items ordered, will have some items drop shipped from different locations. When there is different tracking numbers, they will be clearly assigned to the different items.
  • Some orders take a little longer to process and others will get the tracking number assigned when it is ready to ship.
  • This can happen during high demand times, sales and especially during holidays, the build house can get a little backed up and cause a couple of days extra build time.
  • Most all of these products have been used by members of our audio forums and they can easily give you feedback on their experience and can be a priceless tech support resource.
